Do I need an account to shop from Trunkshop?

Yes! Every order is shipped for free, without having to pay for a "prime" subscription.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped standard ground.
When does my order ship?
Your orders ship within 2-7 business day . We send one email when your order is processed and another email when your order ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date for easy tracking!
Which country to you ship to?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We now also ship to Canada. Please not that products availability may differ with the country selected. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

I received a damaged product, how should I proceed?
If there is an issue with an item, please let our Customer Service team know by sending a note to hello@trunkshop as soon as possible. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can—please include as many details as possible.
What are my payment options?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for all orders. We also support debit cards & Apple pay.
Are transactions on Trunkshop site secure?
Security is important to us. We focus on providing a secure environment that goes above and beyond industry security standard and guidelines. We use a payment solution that is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider and we hold a PCI DSS Merchant Compliance Certificate.
What will be the taxes on orders?
In the US and Canada all applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.
Are there any additional costs or duties I will need to pay when I receive my order?
No. All shipments to the USA, Canada are delivered duty paid so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
When am I billed?
An authorization will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase and we will capture the funds from that authorization when your order has shipped.
